Police Detective, BCPD
Drew’s last Memory: It was the second night of your shift and it was anything but quiet. The night before, you were investigating the disappearance of a young city councilman when one of the suspects suddenly pulled a gun. Even though this took place in the crowded confines of Lexington Market, your instincts took over and before you knew it the suspect was dead and your gun was smoking. The suspect’s partner immediately surrendered and was currently in the holding cell at Police HQs. Routine procedure after a police involved shooting not only called for you to be place on desk duty for a night but also that you complete the paperwork on the incident. And lately the paperwork has grown outrageous. Just as you got elbow deep in the tedious forms, your Sgt, Sgt Ted Norris, asks that you meet him in his office. You know Ted to be one of the dirty cops that has made advances to you in the past. Figuring this is the same type of deal you sigh and follow him to his office. Sgt Norris shuts the door behind you and just smiles. After a moment he says, “Sorry, Drew. I wish you would have played along, but you can blame this on your wife’s family…” You remember hearing a slight noise behind you and then… Darkness.
